The problem we've watched for thirty years

Across three decades of global trade and project consultancy, our managers observed the same pattern in company after company — regardless of sector, size, or revenue.

They miss the local cues. They take twice as long to build the relationships that local representatives close in days.

We watched this happen across industries — manufacturers, exporters, project developers, service companies.
